Firapeel makes peace
Reynard the Fox, by Willem · The end
Nobel roars with rage. He has been fooled, and he has wronged Bruun and Isengrim. Firapeel the leopard finds a way out: free them, and as payment give them Belijn and all his family to eat, forever. And Reynaert? He had already packed up his wife and children and slipped away. The story ends without him.
